SWBF2015 is pretty much dead. You'll rarely ever find a DLC server on PC unless it's a pre-organized event or something. Depends on the server. Im in Japan currently and the Japan server is dead ime. I have to play on Oregon's server for games and depending on the time of day it can be a bit dead for some modes.
