All Synths go into my Mixer. For recording I either play "live" and record it in stereo into a portable Recorder (Tascam DR-40) or I record each Synth on their own into my DAW. The instructions in the Deluge manual sort of stop before explaining what needs setting up via the various menus. If I understand correctly, the Global settings in the Deluge need to be: SELECT/Shift > Gate > Out 4 > Clock > followed by > TClock > Output > PPQN.

MIDI clock output has to be enabled on the Deluge (Settings->MIDI->Clock->Out->Set to "on"). The Microcosm usually should receive any incoming MIDI clock signal. If it still doesn´t work, try another cable perhaps?
