Lightning Conduit was obviously a very strong skill last league. Some part of the reason for this was the accessibility and strength of Doryani's Prototype builds, but it was also (presumably intentionally) a strong new skill. You want Fire, Cold and Lightning Resistance capped at 75%, you want your Chaos Resistance above 0% (very easy to do with the essence crafted belt) and you want atleast 60 life on each piece (40+ on rings is fine).
